Community is at the heart of who we are. It’s embodied in why we exist – to make infrastructure work for our communities. Whether it be keeping the water running, the roads humming, the power on or mobile networks working throughout Australia and New Zealand, communities are at the centre of everything we do.  

By sharing our skills and experience, we’re driven to make a positive difference to the lives of the people who live in the communities we serve. After all, we live and work there too.

Through every decision and action we take, we have an opportunity to make a positive impact on the people and the world around us.

Creating strong community ties is fundamental to our long-term success and that of our clients. It enables us to better understand our communities, so we can deliver the essential services they rely on to stay safe, connected and, ultimately, thrive.  

Every day we’re focused on strengthening those ties – forming local partnerships that bring communities together and our passion to life. From community improvement programs, flora and fauna rejuvenation, working together with Indigenous communities in Australia, through to engaging with Maori and local iwi in New Zealand, we aim to create opportunities for the community and increase cultural awareness.

When it comes to supporting our local communities, it’s our people who make the difference. Our people go above and beyond to help those in need – be it through volunteering, fundraising, helping at community events or selflessly fighting bushfires. Our people never miss an opportunity to show their support for a cause that matters locally.
