On July 1, 2020, Ventia announced that it had initiated the sale process of independent subsidiary APP Corporation Pty Ltd and its subsidiaries.

Ventia has entered into a share sale agreement with Five V Capital, for APP Corporation Pty Ltd and its subsidiaries. The transaction is expected to complete in March 2021.
