We're proud of our track record in the rail industry. We've been successfully delivering asset management services to rail clients across Australia and New Zealand for 45 years.
Over the past four decades, we've built strong rail industry capabilities, by harnessing technology and continually looking to find better ways of delivering service excellence to our clients and their customers.
Our clients include government rail agencies, privately owned rail operators, and private industry companies, including within the resources sector. Common to all, is their trust in us to help keep their rail assets operating safely and efficiently.
Rail operation and maintenance
Managing rail assets without disrupting services is a critical element of what we do.
By being 'a safe pair of hands' in the delivery of rail operation and maintenance, we add value to our clients' service offering to their customers.
For example, we manage mission critical infrastructure such as Australia's only two airport rail links, in Sydney and Brisbane, which provide an essential service to rail users.
In Port Kembla, we support the operations of BlueScope Steel by maintaining the 78km of its freight rail infrastructure.
Across all our rail maintenance projects, we work in collaboration with our clients to put safety first and to enhance the efficiency of rail assets.
Our strong emphasis on safety behaviours and awareness is reflected in our solid safety record.
Using intelligent systems, we monitor and analyse asset performance including track conditions, tunnel maintenance and ventilation shafts. These systems, combined with our best practice approach, and team expertise, enable us to provide safe, cost-effective, timely and efficient solutions to our clients.
Signalling upgrades and renewals
One of our most highly specialized capabilities is our signalling expertise. This type of work is time critical as any delays can have an impact on the rail network.
We are currently the managing a project to upgrade the signalling system on the Sydney Rail network.
We also sit on the Sydney Trains maintenance panel for signalling and for overhead wiring.
