We are proud to have played a vital part in the world's first commercial thermal horticulture facility with Sundrop Farms.

The revolutionary system integrates solar collectors, desalination technology, electricity product and climate control, solving many food and water security issues in agriculture.

Amongst many duties, Ventia helped construct a 20 hectare greenhouse facility which grows more than 15,000 tonnes of tomatoes a year for metropolitan markets across Australia. Various services were provided inluciding Heliostat solar field construction, HV and LV reticulation and Greenhouse construction.
